1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and bipbaje ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at bipbaje.net. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bipbaje platform — including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, or communicating with our support team — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the bipbaje platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bipbaje platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are of sound mind and are not accessing the platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.
• You are registering and maintaining only one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

bipbaje employs automated and manual age verification procedures during the registration process. Where age cannot be confirmed, the account will be suspended pending the submission of valid identity documentation. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned in full, and the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full range of services on bipbaje — including deposits, withdrawals, and all betting and gaming products — you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bipbaje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any point during your account's lifetime:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 per transaction (higher limits available upon request for verified VIP accounts)
• Standard withdrawal processing time: Under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 2 business hours for bank transfers

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are issued in BDT and are credited to your account's bonus wallet upon qualifying deposit.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting contributes 50% unless specifically stated in the offer.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of crediting. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited after this period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse. bipbaje reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse without prior warning.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bipbaje platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product (cricket betting, live casino, slots, Fortune Bingo, Fishing Kui Li, etc.) as displayed within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your real-money or bonus wallet. Unconfirmed bets are void.
• Minimum bet: ৳10 for most games and betting markets. Specific minimums are displayed within each product.
• Void bets: In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or event cancellation, bipbaje reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bipbaje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on bipbaje
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing another person to use your account
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward bipbaje support staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access or tamper with bipbaje's backend systems, APIs, or game servers

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bipbaje

bipbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player breaches these Terms; the player's identity cannot be verified; suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected on the account; or a regulatory obligation requires account restriction. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bipbaje account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any applicable bonus wagering obligations. Accounts under active KYC review or fraud investigation may not be closed until the review is complete.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bipbaje will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳100, deducted from the real-money balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification steps.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bipbaje and its officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bipbaje platform
• Any loss of data, winnings, or account balance caused by technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions beyond bipbaje's reasonable control
• Errors in odds, game data, or sports results provided by third-party data suppliers
• Losses resulting from your own breach of these Terms or from the provision of false or inaccurate personal information
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bipbaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bipbaje platform — including but not limited to the bipbaje brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game assets, software, code, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of bipbaje or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bipbaje platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bipbaje content; reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform's software; or use the bipbaje name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written consent from bipbaje.

Game titles, studio names (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others), and their respective assets are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the bipbaje platform under licence. All rights reserved.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

bipbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practical, notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure per Section 9.2.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bipbaje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
